Description
Arctica provided the construction and process consultancy for the creation of a chilled dairy desserts factory by linking three existing buildings together with new build structures around a new secure yard. The project included a 2-storey despatch dock for double decker trailers with post-pack blast chilling cells and a refrigeration plant room and deck for an ammonia/glycol installation.
The process included automated pasteurisation equipment, extensive CIP installation and state of the art high speed filling lines.
A second phase saw a fit-out of a fallow area to complete the factory.
