Pilgrim Foodservice serve a diverse range of customers in 17 counties across the UK. Part of their business growth was meat preparation and Arctica were engaged to provide process flow optimisation and full design duties to enable the construction of a standalone meat preparation facility with associated amenity space.
Phase two included a chilled marshalling area and tray washing facilities.
