Description
Bakkavors requirement for a pizza facility saw a new build extension and refurbishment/partial demolition of an existing factory which was completed to an exceptionally tight programme.
The new facility included a bakery, topping preparation, assembly lines and packaging. Hygiene regimes included low risk/high risk and high care.
Phase 2 and 3 included a new canteen and staff shop facilities and a bakery line extension.
