Description
This multi-phased project to redevelop the existing site facilities included:
- A 9-bay despatch extension
- Materials storage building including demolishing of an existing vehicle workshop
- A new intake area with 3 unloading bays
- An extension to the existing plant room and installation of new mechanical, electrical and refrigeration
- Construction of a new manufacturing area
- The refurbishment of all internal production areas
Arctica provided design, construction administrator and principle designer. They provided the client with interim project management services for all phases.
