Extensive re-modelling and an extension to an existing factory to produce a new 40,000 ft2 desserts facility over two floors.
Implementation of a low risk, high risk and high care environments required a phased delivery around a live production area. This included the relocation of existing production lines creating some much-needed space.
An existing amenity area was re-modelled to provide dedicated changing rooms, canteen and office facilities.
