From an early age Liva was creative and had the desire to become an architect.  She studied architecture at Nottingham University.

On completion of her masters and looking for a placement she admits that she thought food production was a bit unusual and not exactly what she had studied for 5 years however she now loves every minute of it.  Liva is currently a part three student and on her final journey to becoming a fully qualified architect.

In her spare time Liva loves camping and a good hike.  Her creative talents are extended to outside of work to create her own winter wardrobe.  She can also be found singing in a choir and participating in Latvian folk dancing.
