Since Joining Arctica as an apprentice Calum has completed a level 3 diploma, a NVQ and 3 years at university on his journey to becoming chartered with the RICS.  Previously he gained experience working on the tools for refurbishment contractors.

Calum loves to visit site and see the size and scale of the projects that Arctica work on.  Getting to know clients and contractors and then meeting them again on other projects has helped him to form some good working relationships.

His main ambition is to become chartered which Arctica are supporting him to achieve.

In his spare time Calum is a competent sailor having raced at national and international level.  You will often find him at his home club Rutland Water.  When he isn’t on the water he can be found in the gym, or strumming a few notes on his guitar.
