• 675m² of floor space with 12m internal height offering over 2,500 pallet spaces in a combination of mobile and fixed racking solutions.
• Services systems were specifically chosen to help reduce energy consumption, with all internal lighting provided by LED fittings.
• Traditional contract run on an open book basis with Arctica acting as lead consultant and contract administrator.
