Arctica's Offices

• Arctica moved into their own offices in Stamford in June 2004 after refurbishing a 1940's industrial building.
• Phase 1 consisted of internal works to provide an open plan studio, meeting room and offices to let.
• Phase 2, completed in January 2007, concentrated on the reception areas, refurbishing 1930's features, especially the terrazzo staircase.
• Planned future phases will see the external refurbishment of the building fabric (new windows and insulated render) and the construction of a flat on the roof of the building.
