Description
Arctica provided architectural consultancy services for the design and construction drawings of 12 major buildings with a total floor area of 275,000m2.
The new development provides repair and maintenance facilities for large tankers and construction of super yachts up to 175m long.
The buildings also include offices and amenity facilities for up to 6000 people, crew quarters, specialist workshops, and fabrication sheds.
