• Located in a pleasant rural setting, within a farmyard with several other business uses.
• Existing concrete structure retained with the central spinal section raised to allow natural lighting and natural ventilation to the deep plan open office.
• External materials inspired by traditional Norfolk barns and selected for their durability and low maintenance.
